As woodworkers we understand our craft, from the cutting and felling of trees, through milling and seasoning our own timber – first air drying for several years and then in a kiln.

Making anything in wood, using even antique timbers, we have over the years designed and crafted many different pieces of furniture. All of our furniture has a distinctive butterfly trademark carved somewhere to make it truly unique.

	We specialise in kitchens and kitchen furniture. Our kitchens are made from a variety of different types of wood, hardwood, softwood and antique pine. Our kitchens can be hand-made in special sizes and designs, to fit any shape kitchen. We offer a complete design service and have a wide variety of worktops which can be used to add the finishing touches.
	With our many years of experience we are able to complete furniture restoration on damaged items. We will be happy to advise you on the best treatment for any damage.
	If you want that special door or window, we can help. Together we can design these items and produce them in our workshop. We have a small showroom where clients can see a sample of our work, visiting the workshop and even selecting the planks for their particular commission. During construction clients are invited to return to view the piece in its early/late stages and to finalise the finish/colour etc. Dale Head Woodworkers also design and produce many other items of furniture, these include: Tables, chairs, dressers, cabinets, clocks, bookcases, drawers and TV/video cabinets. Bedroom furniture including: wardrobes, fitted wardrobes, beds and four poster beds.
